A simple, transparent process built around connection.

Welcoming a LoveBug into your home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. My process is designed to be clear, personal, and supportive from the very first message to the moment your puppy is in your arms.

Here's how it works:

Step 1

Submit Your Puppy Application

Your journey begins with our Puppy Application.

This helps me get to know you, your home, your lifestyle, and what you're hoping for in a Cavapoo. It's not a test — it's a conversation starter.

Once submitted, I personally review every application.

Step 2

Connect With Donna

After receiving your application, I reach out directly.

This is where we talk, ask questions, and make sure a LoveBug is the right fit for your family. I love getting to know the families my puppies may join — connection matters.

Step 3

Join the Waitlist

A $350 non-refundable deposit secures your place on the waitlist in the order received.

Your deposit is applied toward the total price of your puppy.

Joining the waitlist also means you've reviewed and agreed to the Deposit Agreement.

Step 4

Puppy Selection

When a litter is ready for families to choose from, I contact waitlist families in order. You'll receive photos, videos, and temperament notes to help guide your decision.

You'll have 8 hours to choose your puppy or pass to the next litter — your place on the list remains secure.

Step 5

Purchase Agreement & Final Payment

Once you choose your puppy, you'll sign the Purchase Agreement.

The remaining balance is due 1–2 weeks before go-home day.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle.

Step 6

Go-Home Day

At 8 weeks old, your LoveBug is ready to go home! You'll receive:

  • Health records
  • Vaccine documentation
  • Deworming schedule
  • A puppy starter kit
  • Food they've been eating
  • 30 days of Trupanion insurance
  • A lifetime of support from me

Whether you pick up in person or arrange a flight nanny, I make sure your puppy's transition is smooth and full of love.

Deposits

Non-refundable but transferable to a future litter.

Boarding Fee

If you cannot pick up your puppy within 7–10 days after they turn 8 weeks old, a $45/day boarding fee applies.

First Right of Recovery

If you ever need to rehome your puppy, please contact me first. A LoveBug may never be surrendered to a shelter or sold to a pet store or broker.
